GIVEAWAY RULES AND EXTRA ENTRY OPTIONS:

These rules apply to each and every giveaway.  By entering a giveaway on Eighty MPH Mom, you confirm that you have read these rules.

HOW TO ENTER:

Read the entry instructions carefully for each giveaway. Although the options are usually the same in each giveaway, there may be some differences. You MUST complete the required/mandatory entry before proceeding to the extra entry options.

COMMENTING/ENTRIES:

Please make sure you include your email in your comments, or that your blogger profile is set to public. If I cannot contact you, a new winner will be chosen. It is up to you to check your email for winning notification. I will send a second email before picking a new winner. If I do not hear from you within the specified time frame, I will choose a second winner. I am sorry, but I cannot wait longer than 48 hours for you to reply. It is up to you to make sure I receive your information. If you don’t hear back from me about me receiving your reply email, please do tweet me, email again, etc. I want you to receive your prize just as much as you do : )

All giveaways open to U.S. residents 18+ and older only, unless indicated otherwise. Giveaways are one entry per household, IP Address. Extra entries acceptable are per household as well, and daily retweets are allowed. If you do not follow the rules, I reserve the right to disqualify you from current and future giveaways. Please do not leave comments such as “pick me” “enter me” or “great prize”. If it is required to visit sponsor’s website, please do so.  If first required entry is not met, all subsequent entries will be deleted, and none of your entries will count.

WINNER SELECTION:

All winners are chosen using “And the winner is” plugin.  Screenshots are available upon request. I will notify you via email if you have won, and your name will also be added to the winner’s list.

Winner has 48 hours to respond to winning email notification. If winner hasn’t responded in that time frame, a new winner will be chosen, or prize will be given away in a live giveaway.

PRIZING:

Please allow ample time for prizes to arrive. When sponsors are shipping prizes it can take up to 4-6 weeks (though typically sooner than that). By all means, if you have not received your prize within four weeks or so, please, please contact me. I will do everything I can to make sure your prizes get to you.  I cannot guarantee you will receive prize if you wait more than 4 months to notify me that you haven’t received it.

Eighty MPH Mom is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit. Eighty MPH Mom is also not responsible for situations out of my control (ie: a sponsor doesn’t ship prize after repeated emails, your mail is stolen, delivered to wrong house, etc.). I will, however, make every effort – several times – to contact sponsor. I will do everything I can do to get your prize to you.  Please note that sponsors reserve the right to change or substitute prizes {though this is rare}.

Eighty MPH Mom and its author are not responsible for any adverse reactions to any product reviewed or given away here. These would include accidents, injuries, allergic reactions or any other incidents which might cause bodily harm. It is highly recommended that you check with your doctor if you have any questions about products mentioned/used herein. All taxes are the on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Please contact your tax consultant if you have questions regarding taxes.

The only compensation received for any review post, is a sample of product. Compensation never has a bearing on the outcome of a review. The opinions expressed herein are those of blog author or it’s contributors only. Though paid posts are rare, they will be clearly defined.
