Safeway Fiber One Yogurt Review and $50 Safeway Gift Card Giveaway!

I’ve been a Safeway customer for years. I love their customer service, their produce and the great prices and deals. Naturally, I was thrilled when I was offered to host a review and giveaway for Safeway.

I am reviewing Fiber One Yogurt today. Did you know (according to author and food expert Lisa Lillien) that “Fiber One Yogurt is the only leading nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value)”? I was unaware of this, but it is good to know! For me, it is sometimes difficult to find foods with fiber that actually taste good.

Fiber One Yogurt is available in four yummy flavors: Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime.I tried all of the flavors and enjoyed each one of them. I kind of wondered how they would taste, since “fiber” is in the name, but I couldn’t tell the difference between Fiber One Yogurt and other yogurts. The flavor was excellent, and the yogurt was rich and creamy.

I know how important fiber is for the body, so I was thrilled that I found something that tastes so good and provides something so essential for my body.
