Leap into Spring: Eli’s Cheesecake Review and Giveaway

We are huge dessert fans in  my house.  I do not mean that literally, but we do enjoy the finer desserts in life, and believe me – we have tasted many!  Through the ‘blogosphere’ and Facebook, I became familiar with Eli’s Cheesecake. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was when I learned we would be reviewing one of their cheesecakes during out “Leap into Spring” event!

I was sent the Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecake Sampler {pictured at left} from Eli’s. I was so excited when this arrived – I was finally going to sample the cheesecakes I have heard so many good things about.  Not only was I going to sample one flavor – but three! First thing I had to do was hold the family back  – they were like vultures. We admired the heavenly cheesecake before us, and finally gave in and we all enjoyed a piece.  There were several pieces each of Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Chocolate Chip and my favorite – the Heath Candy Bar cheesecake.  My son (20 years old) raved and raved about the cheesecake for days (and if you know my son, that really is saying a lot – he is quiet). The quality was outstanding, as was the flavor and texture.  Each flavor was unique and quite tasty!
