I have been looking for a carry-on, rolling suitcase for the past few months. I recently found the perfect one for my blogging trips {and any short trips, really!} at ATGStores.com. They have a super selection of luggage, laptop cases and more, and I am so happy I was able to review the Rio 2-Piece Luggage Set from U.S. Traveler. The rolling carry-on suitcase I owned previously had begun to fall apart. The zippers didn’t zip anymore, and it just looked “raggedy”. I have been on five blogging related trips in the past four months, and I really needed something not only attractive, but durable. The set I received most certainly fit the bill, and I am just thrilled that it is also expandable!

I first used these two pieces on our family road trip to Oregon a few weeks ago. Since we were packing light, and mostly casual clothes, I only needed the upright suitcase from ATGstores – it was just the right size. I was impressed with how easily it rolled, and I also loved that there was a handle on the side as well as on the top {where the handle comes out for rolling}. The handle slid in and out easily with the press of a button. I managed to pick up a few items while we were in Oregon during our shopping trips – shocking I know – and they tucked neatly into my suitcase for the return trip home. I even had room to spare, which really is saying a lot for me. I packed my toiletries in the tote, which is incredibly roomy, and just as durable as the suitcase.
I was so excited when I realized that I could take this on my trip to New York City for BlogHer. I didn’t want a big, bulky, uncomfortable carry-on bag, but I did want to bring my laptop {just not carry it around in a case on my shoulder}. I rolled this all around the airport with me, and when it came time to load it in the overhead compartment on the airplane, it was a breeze. The two handles make it easy to position. The side pouches were invaluable to me, as I constantly found myself needing to tuck things in them, without having to open the suitcase.
As you probably know, at BlogHer there is lots of swag, and loads of business cards and pamphlets. I found the mesh lined bag inside the suitcase to be perfect for tucking all of my business cards, brochures, etc. at the end of each day.
I cannot say enough about the Rio 2-Piece Luggage Set from ATGStores.com. For the frequent business traveler, I think this set is invaluable. It is going to make my future trips so much easier, especially when flying.
In addition to luggage, ATGStores.com has over 500 stores for all your needs – including plumbing, home decor, lawn & patio, furniture, lighting, tools, bedding {including crib sets!} and so much more. I am astounded at the huge selection of items available at their stores, and equally pleased with the prices. They are very reasonably priced, and if the quality of the luggage set I received is any indication, then the prices really are reasonable.
