I did a vlog from my webcam, but the sound is all messed up (watch it if you dare lol). Sorry about that! I will have to try to figure out how to fix the sound, as I do like recording on my webcam.

No advice sorry, My webcam sometimes records really low so I always check the settings on it. Today I used my flip just so I wouldn’t have to mess around with my settings.

My webcam (I mentioned that right above the video)…that the sound was really bad.
Ya i couldn’t hear you very well…I just got bits and pieces…I figured it was a webcam because of the contrast picture difference…(That’s why I have a microphone for the webcam.) But i heard the chicken marsala part. AND the chocolate….I hope your Flip isn’t broken…
HAHA – well you heard the most important parts then! I know lots of people record with their webcams, so I’m not sure what the deal is with my microphone. Sigh. Nope – the Flip isn’t broken, it was just too noisy outside and I was being lazy
Hi Lady: I finally got mine linked up. Sorry the sound was not great on yours, but I also heard the chicken masala and chocolate and the phone ringing. Actually I laughed at that because that always happens during my mingles and I let it go but then I have the caller ID blathering about who it was on the vlog and I know I am gonna catch hell from the caller (family member) if I let it go like that on the blog and everything so then I start over. Oh boy the difficult life of a vlogger eh? Joking!

I feel your pain….I used to have SOOOOOO much trouble with my webcam before I got a new laptop. My vlogs always looked like a bad old timey movie where the words didn’t match the lips. Awful.
Next to that yours wasn’t bad at all.
I might be interested in contributing depending on what you are looking for. I would love to hear more about it if you are still looking.
Also forgot to mention…I’m going to BlogHer this year too. Hopefully I’ll get to meet you and say “Hi!”

Y’all eat a lot of chicken! But yes, lots you can do with it.
Your webcam seems to be much nicer than mine, I will say that much lol – I do feel like I have to speak up much more with the webcam though. I hate that part. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to upload videos on my “real” computer.

You make so many fancy dishes
At least to me they sound that way plus I am not sure I can get my picky 4 year old to eat some of it. Now they will sit down and eat some crab but Chicken Marsala – nope. It was a little hard to understand but I think I got most of it. My mouth and sound don’t go perfectly either at least yours did.

duuuuude you sound like SATAN! I had headphones on because the kids are sleeping. It freaked me out, thought it was some EVP’s and some ghost was going to tell me to get out or something. FREAKY!!!!!!! (You look purdy though!! (just sound like the devil…haha)

I haven’t had much luck with my webcam either so I may have to resort to having my 9 year old video me for the next Mingles if I can’t figure it out. It seems it always records my voice faster than the video part. The only place it works right is on Facebook.
Your dishes sound so tasty! Good to hear you’ll be going to BlogHer too. I’ll definitely make it this year so I hope we see each other then. How is it going finding contributors? I want to find a couple people for my blog too, but I’m always hesitant because I have trust issues when it comes to my blog, lol.

I am really particular about my blog too, but I think I have found a few excellent people! I am surprised actually that there are so many that I want to bring aboard. I will oversee everything of course, so my blog is still “me”. I will let you know how it goes!

Based on the audio, I think you’ve done a fantastic job decorating your metal tunnel. It kind of has this sexy Princess Leah dressed as a bounty hunter appeal. Crossed with one of the little people from the Lollipop Guild. I couldn’t understand much to comment, lol. However, I did catch Marsala and that’s my favorite! Have me over sometime.
My mingle is up, but man, I’m like sooooo late. Do people ever come back to the list to see? I’m going to have to start recording on Fridays.

My webcam (on my netbook) recording last week was goofy too – it had this clicking noise in it. I think I finally figured out it was my hard drive making that noise. This week I went back to my Microsoft Lifecam and it’s better.
I love shellfish too – I wish I lived on a coast so it was fresher and cheaper. Here in St. Louis it is much harder to get good shellfish.

We really do have the best seafood – have you ever tried Dungeoness crab? It is THE BEST! King Crab doesn’t even compare.

It’s hard for me to decide what my favorite food, or a food I can’t live without, would be, but I said cereal because even when I can’t find something to eat, I’ll usually still enjoy a bowl of cereal.
Shellfish. Chicken. Marsala. Food. You are speaking my language. I also thought I heard something about a chocolate drink from Starbucks. LOL Maybe you should play “Guess What Jen is Saying?” My webcam was doing that earlier today too. It’s a Monday Mingle Monkey tampering with equipment!
