Hello lovely!
I didn’t do anything special for my 16th bday.
I haven’t watched the show. Pageants for kids really weirds me out, to be honest. Let them be kids…
Hope you have a great week!
I agree with the T&T thing – I wish all of those shows did the “follow up” ten years later LOL I would like to know how the KIDS feel looking back on it.
TOTALLY cracked up on the Comet…
Hi lady!
I completely agree about the toddlers….seriously, what is up with that.
Being able to drive was a big deal for me too, I don’t know where my life was without my car, it’s like my baby lol.
Good to see you again! Have a wonderful week!
I don’t remember my sweet 16th either LOL. T&T if the kids enjoy it I am okay with the make-up and such for them. I agree with you on the bratiness though and some of the outfits are WAYYYYYY to skimpy (and I am one who let’s my daughter wear two pieces at the beach LOL). However I do not like it when it’s more for the parent than the child. I do prefer natural pageants though. A chevy corsica was my first car to drive on
I think a 10 year follow up would be great! Lets see if they were affected by this alot or not!
I hope they do that! It would be very interesting to see!
We didn’t do anything for our Sweet Sixteen either.
I’m with you on the whole Toddler and Tiaras and the bratty thing. I didn’t even think about that but you are so right. I’ve only watched a couple of episodes and, yeah, just insane.
I’ve never heard of a Comet before. Now I’m gonna have to look it up.
Have a great week.
I remember the Comet, of course, I grew up with a bunch of car guys so that helped. I think most of us had old ugly cars to start, but you know I have some of the best memories from those old cars!
That show bugs me. I agree it is wrong. Too much too soon. I remember the Comet. Those older cars were the best. You could dent them a little and move on. Now every ding = $100′s if not $1000′s in repairs. Have a great week!
That is very, very true!
You have no idea what I went through to get my sound working again so I could hear your mingle.
I can’t stand that those little girls are dressed up and made to parade that way but I’m shamefully addicted to the show.
Well I appreciate your dedication in getting the sound working!! I agree about the show, but I still watch it too… LOL
I didn’t do anything for my 16th birthday – my family didn’t celebrate birthdays. I do now and I make up for it big time.
I end up watching Toddlers & Tiara sometimes, like watching a car wreck – you just can’t help it… but I can’t stand the parents, and I feel sorry for the children because they don’t know any better. How about the last couple of weeks: 1. The little girl dressed like Dolly Parton with the fake boobies and but; and 2. the little girl who’s mom dressed her like Julia Roberts as the prostitute in Pretty Woman – those are just SICK MOM’s!!
BTW, I had a Coment – TeeHee.
