I am a huge fan of wall decals and was especially excited to be introduced to My Wonderful Walls, a fantastic company that offers repositionable wall decals and murals, wall stencils, paint kits and personalized canvas art for your nursery or child’s room. There products can even be color adjusted to match any bedding or room decor also. The company was founded by a husband and wife who got the idea for the business after painting their son’s room.

We were given the opportunity to review the Splendid Garden Wall Sticker Kit ($139 ARV). This particular kit comes with 62 large, fabric stickers made from SafeCling fabric that won’t stretch or tear. They are designed with a handmade paper look and have no white edges so it appears that the stickers are actually painted on your wall. However, they are just stickers that are both repositionable and reusable. With the stickers, you can create an entire wall mural in just a matter of minutes.

When the kit first arrived, I was immediately impressed with the feel of the stickers and how they had a very vivid 3 dimensional look to each individual sticker. The stickers were much more vibrant, colorful and unique than they had appeared on My Wonderful Walls website.

For the larger stickers, such as the tree, it took both me and my husband to peel it off and place it on the wall. However, there were a few branches that got stuck to another branch but they were super easy to pull apart and none of them tore. I was very impressed with how flexible and sturdy the stickers were. Also, we found that if we put a sticker on the wall and it was slightly crooked, it was a breeze to gently peel up and re-position correctly. Best of all, it did not leave any stickiness or marks on the wall from being re-positioned.

The kit came with very detailed instructions regarding not only use, placement and care of the wall stickers but also what to do if you were painting the room prior to placement. Best of all, our girls love their new decor and are so excited to finally have some beautiful scenery and colors in their bedroom. Everyone that comes over also comments on how unique and life-like the stickers look too.
