$25 Amazon gift card giveaway -Baby Sleep Well

baby sleep

I sometimes wish that the internet had been around when my daughter was a baby. I also wish that I had access to something like The Baby Sleep Site. My daughter never slept. Ever. Well she took an occasional 20 minute nap but that’s about it. We seemed to be up all night, every night, and quite honestly it really took a toll on me. I often think how much more I might have enjoyed those first couple of years had I been more rested and not so stressed out.

The Baby Sleep Site seems to have solutions to most sleeping problems common in babies and toddlers. These systems  aim to help your child sleep through the night. There are two systems available, depending if your child is a baby or toddler. I would have needed both I’m afraid. Or wait – if the “3-Step System to Help Your Baby Sleep” had helped, then I probably wouldn’t have needed the 5-Step System to Better Toddler Sleep! It’s nice to have a choice of these two programs – even if you and your child didn’t develop a successful routine when they were a baby, there is still hope for your toddler!

In the 3-Step System to Help Your Baby Sleep (geared to babies under 12 months), you will learn:

  • How much sleep does your baby really need?
  • How do you get your newborn to settle into a routine?
  • Is there an “ideal” bedtime?
  • Why can’t my baby fall asleep without my help?
  • Why can’t my baby stay asleep?
  • How should you approach nap time?
  • What are your options as far as crying-it-out or not crying-it-out go?
  • How can you respect your child’s sleep?
  • When and how should you start nighttime weaning?
  • How do you get your toddler ready for a transition to a new bed?
  • How can you handle an early riser?
  • What are other parents’ frequently asked questions?

Where can you turn for additional help?

The Tired Parent’s 5-Step System to Better Toddler Sleep (geared toward parents of children who are 12 months old and up to 4 years) gives you specific strategies and visible results you’ll start to notice in just days, and gives you practical answers to tough questions like:

  • How do I know when to transition from two naps to one, and then to none?
  • Should I let my toddler cry-it-out or not – and how will it affect our relationship?
  • Why does my toddler STILL wake-up in the middle of the night and how can I effectively put her
  • back to sleep?
  • What’s the difference between night terrors and nightmares and what do I do during them?
  • Which sleep coaching method is the best match for my toddler and my parenting style?
  • How do I break my toddler’s dependence on me to fall asleep?
  • What can I do to get my early riser to wake after the sun comes up – so I can sleep in?
  • What’s the best way to transition from
  • co-sleeping to a crib?
  • How do I switch my toddler out of a crib to a big bed?

Both ebooks are offered as a PDF to read on the computer or print out and as .epub and .mobi formats
for reading on a Kindle, Nook, or iPad.

How much does it cost? For the Baby ebook, there are three different plans to choose from: Bronze ($27), Silver ($47) and Gold ($97) .  The Gold plan even offers one-on-one personal coaching. For the Toddler ebook, there are two options: Silver ($29) and Gold ($99). Oh boy do these sound heavenly! You can purchase these online at The Baby Sleep site  and get started right away via instant download.

I am so, so pleased to offer one of my readers one of these systems! I hope it will help you immensely, with your child’s sleeping issues.
