Throughout the month of May, in recognition of moms who do extraordinary things every day for their families and communities, Dollar General is teaming up with Procter & Gamble to honor moms – the true Every Day Heroes who have made sacrifices for their families and their communities. To celebrate moms, Dollar General is inviting customers to upload videos describing why their moms are “Every Day Heroes.” Videos can be summited and viewed at www.dollargeneral.com/everydayheroes.

One day I hope that my girls jump at the chance to enter a video about their mama. For me, I wish that I knew my mother but unfortunately she died when I was 4. You can never tell how things would have been but knowing myself I believe I would have made a video to show her how much I loved her and how much she meant to me.
