I remember eating Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats cereal as a kid – I loved them! My mom didn’t like to buy sugary cereal, but unsweetened just seemed so bland. We kind of came to a compromise (though I didn’t know what that word even meant at the time!), and agreed on Frosted Mini Wheats. They offered nutritional value, which made mom happy, and they were also just the right amount of sweet to keep me happy and interested.

Do you know that I still enjoy Frosted Mini Wheats today? Yep, I never really outgrew them! My kids have also enjoyed them over the years, and after having kids, I can appreciate how my mom felt about making sure that breakfasts weren’t just empty, sugary calories. I feel good feeding Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats to my kids because they are packed with “good for you” grains, fiber, and protein.

Check it out!

  • Mini-Wheats contains eight layers of whole grains and fiber, along with five grams of protein
  • Mini-Wheats provides 96 percent of the Dietary Guidelines recommended amount of whole grains
  • This cereal can stack up nutritionally against big breakfasts such as steel cut oats or even eggs and toast – take a look at the comparison chart below:

What I also enjoy about Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats is that they are portable. I love to put several in a baggie and have them for a snack on the go. I find that they are really filling (thanks to the fiber!), and they can easily take care of those unwanted hunger pangs.

Frosted Mini Wheats really are a big breakfast in a little biscuit!

I was sent a really nice package to enjoy my mornings – a beautiful robe, slippers and a box of Frosted Mini Wheats. Ahhhh, I have to admit that it is pretty relaxing to wrap myself in the robe (before it gets too hot outside), slip on the slippers and take a bowl of Mini Whats out to the back deck. I enjoy the wildlife around me while eating a healthy breakfast that will keep me full and satisfied all morning.

How would you like to celebrate mornings with Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats? I have a wonderful giveaway below!
