A few weeks ago I posted about how I have a passion for painting. Well I have ventured into oil paints now, and I wanted to share my latest creations with you!
In this one the lake is kind of “off”, but I still like it:

Beautiful paintings! I so wish I could draw or paint. I’ve often been tempted to take one of the “anyone can paint” classes they offer at our nearby community center. Have you always had a natural talent? Keep up the beautiful work!
I don’t see where the lake is off….it’s my favorite out of all of these. You posted your trees last time. I liked that one the best too if I remember correctly. I mean the pictures with the forest type trees
How long did it take to paint something like this?
It usually takes about 3 days (a couple of hours each day) – kind of as time allows!
I like the winter painting best. Great job!

I really like them all, but I love the palm trees lol. After a long Maine winter, the sight of anything tropical keeps me hopeful for summer!
That’s awesome ! I have no talent at all for painting but I still enjoy being creative..I just don’t show anyone LOL!! I think the beach/ocean painting is my personal favorite
