Dr. Ho’s Decompression Support Belt for back support (review)
My husband has suffered from back problems for the past 10 years. He has herniated discs that cause quite a bit of discomfort on a daily basis. He was interested in trying the Dr. Ho’s Decompression Support Belt that we were sent for review.
He has tried a number of support belts in the past, and some work better than others, but none had an inflatable option. The Dr. Ho’s Decompression Support Belt offers two different ways to use it – either with the belt inflated (which is used for stretch, traction and decompression therapy) or non-inflated which is mostly for protection and support of the back. My husband chose to use the non-inflated belt, as he is always worried about doing “too much” to his back.
He did like the support that the belt offered and happily wore it around while he was cleaning the garage and doing a few other household things on his “honey-do” list when we first received it. He thought it felt good and he liked knowing that his back was supported properly while bending, leaning, etc.
He has since worn it when doing other strenuous things and really likes it! It makes me feel good to know that his poor back is protected more than before he wore the Dr. Ho’s Decompression Support Belt.
There are plenty of other helpful products available at Dr. Ho’s too – including the neck comforter and air orthodics.
