My go to meal is something mexican. Heat up meat and spices and stuff it, cheese, green peppers, sour cream and salsa in a tortilla. Last school year we did this nearly every Tuesday night because of our crazy schedule. It made it easy for us to all sit down together for a quick dinner.

I cook hamburger adding pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and then add a can of mushroom soup. Then I add 2 cups measuring from the soup can and cook till condensed. Make some toast and top with mixture and yum. You can make mashed potatoes too on a ambitious day.

Believe it or not, my go-to quick meal is homemade pizza! It only takes 10-15 mins prep & cook time and is so delicious! Much better than the stuff you can get delivered or buy frozen.

My favorite meal is tilapia or salmon sauted in a pan with a side of veggies. I do green beans steamed in a bag in the microwave and season with lemon pepper. Huge hit with my 8 year old.
