This was my family’s first time hearing about Pilo. The idea of an interactive 3-D story book is exciting for both my daughter and myself. There are so many activities and things for her to do while reading/playing this, that I don’t believe she will get bored anytime soon.
The game is for ages 4 and up, but my 3 year old had a ball with it. My daughter loved changing Pilo’s clothes the most. She also had fun with the piano, banging on the drum and solving different puzzles. The animation was really fun and my daughter spent quite a bit of time playing.
What I like about Pilo2 is that since the game pulls the reader/player into the story, they are more inclined to learn from it. It just might help my daughter’s vocabulary and help her reading skills.
There is also a really cute performance at the end, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Some fun features of the Pilo2:
Kids can choose between two characters- either a boy (Tommy) or a girl (Sunny), and they can change Pilo’s clothes (kids love this!).
The game has some really neat and interactive effects and many features that will increase a child’s interest in reading. Players can play on the piano and experience a variety of sounds and experiences. Instruments + kids always equals fun!
I hope your child will enjoy this game as much as my daughter did! Pilo2 can be played on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch – you are covered no matter which Apple device you have. It is also available in several languages
Pilo2 is available at iTunes for just $2.99, which is a great price for so much entertainment (even parents will enjoy this!).
