Oribel PortaPlay: A Play Center That Grows With Your Kids

Disclosure review

We are not done growing our family yet. No, I don’t have any “news” to share with anyone, other than to say that I know my family isn’t complete and I hope that we’re blessed with another baby down the line. We also live in a home very little storage, so any time a product can serve more than one age and stage, I’m over the moon. The Oribel PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center might be one of the coolest products I’ve ever seen!

We have the Oribel PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center, PortaPlay Child Stools, and Art Paper Roll Dispenser.

Oribel Activity Center

I have three year old so right now, we are using the Oribel PortaPlay Activity Center as an art table, however it is also a genius baby product (more on that later).

At 18 in high x 26.8 in long, this is the perfect size for my three year old. The PortaPlay Child Stools fit perfectly underneath and the Activity Center converts into a play table with a wooden top insert. The top inserts right where the seat would be for the Activity Center.

It has hosted lunch for a preschool play date, served as a table for Play-Doh, been a spot for coloring and painting (my daughter’s favorite).

I never realized how important it was to give my daughter a space to create, until we set up the Oribel PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center as an art table.

Oribel 1

As a space for baby, it is absolutely darling. The colors of the toys are vibrant and engaging. With a playful color scheme of green, orange, turquoise and brown, it is something gender neutral.  One of the greatest features of the PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center is that none of the toys are electronic. There are so many times when I feel like I’m swimming up stream with my way of thinking…. that I want my children to play with their toys instead of having their toys play for them.

The activity center also turns and bounces, providing baby with many ways to engage their body while using it. And just like above, the legs fold down for easy storage or transportation. When we are blessed with baby #3, I can see us taking this with us to grandma’s house for the weekend. It folds up fairly flat, so it will be so easy to take!

The Oribel PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center, Stools and Art Paper Roll Dispenser have heirloom status at my house. While I can’t wait to use it as an infant activity center when the time comes, I can also see generations of my family enjoying this in years to come.

Buy: You can purchase the Oribel PortaPlay Convertible Activity Center, Stools and Art Paper Roll Dispenser on their website. ARV for the complete set is $219.99, although pieces are sold separately.
