Nature’s Path Healthy Breakfast Offerings

Nature’s Path Organic

I tend not to make a lot of New Year’s resolutions because I know myself and my lack of following through with them.  This year though I did make one, to eat breakfast, and so far so good, I’m at day 6 and I’ve only skipped it one time!  I’m also going to be honest and say I’d rather have a donut or cinnamon roll for breakfast even though I know that’s not the fuel my body needs first thing in the morning.  So it’s a good thing that I got a healthy breakfast pack shipped to me during the last weeks of December from Nature’s Path. 😉

You guys the Love Crunch granola is an INDULGENCE for breakfast I tell you!  This stuff is delicious.  I’m obsessed with the Dark Chocolate & Red Berries.

Not only is it helping me keep my ‘eat breakfast’ goal, it’s keeping me in line with snacking too!  I add it to vanilla yogurt for a delightful dessert… and I can feel great about eating it 😉  It’s available in 5 different flavors: Dark Chocolate & Red Berries, Macaroon, Aloha Blend, Apple Crumble and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Now let’s talk hot oatmeal.  It’s 22 degrees in North Texas today.  IN TEXAS!!  That requires hot filling breakfast fuel!  If it’s going to be that cold out I want comfort flavors, and nothing says comfort to me more than pumpkin!  Bonus Nature’s Path Pumpkin Spice oatmeal is made with chia and is a good source of ALA Omega-3.  But really I’m more impressed that it’s hot and tastes like pumpkin 😉  Nature’s Path Organic has a variety of flavors for their hot oatmeals, you can see all they offer here: http:[email protected].

As if the Love Crunch and Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal wasn’t enough to make me eat breakfast, the boxed granola from Nature’s Path is pretty darn good too 🙂  Crunchy and with just the right amount of coconut added, the Coconut Chia Granola is just plain yummy to eat right out of the box (which is mostly how I ate it!).   When it warms up I plan on grilling pineapple and then adding that to the granola as well.  What a healthy tropical treat that will be 🙂  The boxed granola comes in the following varieties: Flax Plus® Pumpkin Flax Granola, Hemp Plus® Granola, Peanut Butter Granola, Chia Plus Chia Coconut Granola and Flax Plus® Vanilla Almond Granola.

Nature’s Path Organic cereals are all non-GMO.  There offerings are a wonderful addition to my pantry to make my mornings healthier and more nutritious.  With flavors and choices like these I have no reason to skip breakfast!  Actually breakfast is quickly becoming my favorite meal of the day.  I may soon become like a Hobbit and have 2nd breakfast 😉
