Last fall, I had the chance to work with Sudio Sweden reviewing their Vasa Bla wireless earbuds. I have to tell you, I still love those earbuds. So, when the opportunity came along to review the newest in the family, the Sudio Regent…I was ready!
A little background – I am a full-time graduate student. I am also a mom of two humans and two schnauzers. Plus, I work full-time in a management position. My time is precious; I have a limited number of hours in the day and a lot to do. When I am studying, I prefer to be around my family but I cannot take the distractions. I am usually wearing my Sudio Vasa Bla earbuds and playing classical music. The Sudio Regent Earphones could not have come at a better time.
The design of the Sudio Regent is sleek. With foldable hinges, I can easily toss them in my purse or tote bag. They are wireless, so that’s a plus, there are no cords to tangle or untangle. Additionally, the Regent allow for customization with stylish, interchangeable caps, they add that little touch. I like the black and gold…it’s my style. The earphones are comfortable. The soft ear cushions allow for hours of wear.
The technology piece is what stands out. The Sudio Regent feature 24+ hours of battery life in active use or 20 days of standby. 20 days! The sound is stellar, whether I’m listening to podcasts, audiobooks or music, I’m impressed with the clarity and tones. I would LOVE to have noise-cancelling headphones. That desire has waned – the Sudio Regent do a really good job at blocking out the noise. The operate using the Bluetooth 4.1 technology, it’s a quick connect to my phone.
Included in the Sudio Regent the earphones, audio cable, and charging cable. I use the cable more than I thought I would as I use these earphones for class each week. It works beautifully because there’s a mic, so if I’m in class or talking on the phone, I’m covered! Each Sudio product comes with the Guarantee Card, the stand behind their product.
The Sudio Regent retails for $129 and ships worldwide. They are available in black or white and don’t forget about the interchangeable caps that retail for $20 per pair.
