To me, there is nothing better than a cozy sleeping bag. Whether on a camping trip or a sleepover at a friend’s house, a comfortable sleeping bag is a must. I recently had an opportunity to review a kid’s sleeping bag from Eureka. I was so happy to review this, as the only sleeping bag we currently have in our house is an old, worn out sleeping bag that has been around for probably 15 years – it has been to sleepovers and on camping trips with my son, and my daughter has used it a few times for sleepovers. My daughter is twelve years old now, and it seems like she is always at a sleepover (that’s what girls her age do!), and she frequently goes camping with friends and relatives. I am so happy she has a “fresh” sleeping bag to take with her.

Eureka offers a large variety of kids sleeping bags and sleeping bags for adults as well. There is certainly something for everyone – the color choices and combinations are wonderful. To the left is the Kids Ladybug Sleeping bag…I love this! It is girl-sized, but big on warmth and comfort. Same design and construction as an adult mummy bag.

The sleeping bag we reviewed was the Minnow. I arrived in an attractive and durable drawstring bag. My daughter and I loved the colors of the sleeping bag, and when we unzipped it to feel the inside, we were both swept away. It is so “squishy” (and that is a good thing!). The material was so nice to the touch, and the sleeping bag felt durable, yet comfortable. My daughter slipped into the sleeping bag and she didn’t want to come out. She raved about it, and mentioned that her friends were going to be quite jealous. She also said it will be perfect for camping, and she knows she will stay warm in this.
