Tomorrow, Babies“R”Us is hosting an event that represents one of my absolute, favorite things about pregnancy… setting up the nursery!
With all of my kids, I spent so much time and effort on choosing the perfect to nursery to suit the image of this baby that I’d created in my mind. Nesting was extremely fun for me, it made everything so real. Tomorrow, Babies“R”Us is going to help you create the nursery you’ve dreamed of for your new little one with their FREE event…
In Babies“R”Us stores nationwide, local designers will help you create your baby’s new happy place where you can check out six different room vignettes designed by a Disney Baby Designer, palettes of paint colors provided by Home Depot, and look through a book of “dream rooms” to give you some ideas for your own happy place creation! A huge added bonus are the prizes being given away during the event! If you’re expecting, looking to change up the nursery, or even if you just really love designing and re-designing your kids’ rooms like I do, it definitely sounds like an event worth attending especially since it’s FREE and you can win goodies!
Perusing the nursery section in Babies“R”Us was such an overwhelmingly nostalgic moment for me. The displays really help you get the feel for which bedding goes with what crib because you can see things assembled, how colors coordinate with the shades of wood, etc.
There is such a large selection of nursery themes at Babies“R”Us and I absolutely love the way they have displayed them across the wall in my local Babies“R”Us. Being a huge Disney lover, my personal favorites are all of the Disney themes but another great one in my house is the Lambs & Ivy Team Safari theme (pictured below). Having a boy after three girls, my husband and I both had our own ideas for what our baby boy nursery would look like and they were different ideas. He really wanted to do a sports theme and I had my heart set on jungle. In trying to decide how to compromise, a friend sent me the link to Team Safari bedding which combines both the sports and jungle theme in one! I’m convinced Babies“R”Us has something in store for every parent and baby, no matter how different their dreams are!
