Comfortable Fall Shoes from Ahnu Footwear

I love shoes.  There is nothing that I love buying more than shoes (which I know irritates my husband to no end).  And now that summer is finally over, it is time to put away the flip flops and get some new fall shoes!

I was recently given the opportunity to try some shoes from Ahnu footwear.  Ahnu shoes are made for those who are active or love the outdoors.  And Ahnu has just added some new fall and winter boots and shoes to its line of performance footwear.

I received the Himalaya boots in Cocoa.  How cute are these boots???  They are made of waterproof suede, so they are fine in all kinds of weather, plus they have a faux shearling lining for warmth.

The Himalaya boots were extremely comfortable.  I wasn’t sure how they would feel because they looked narrow and it took some pulling to get them onto my wide feet.  However, once they were on, I was impressed with how comfortable they were – they didn’t feel tight at all!  I wore them all day at work and my feet didn’t hurt at all when I got home (which is unusual for a new pair of shoes).  Plus, they look really cute too.  You can wear them with the cuff down over a pair of skinny pants or pulled up under a pair of boot-cut jeans.

If you are interested in a comfortable pair of shoes that will look great this fall, check out the selection on the Ahnu website.  Connect with Ahnu on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for news, pictures, and more.  You also have a chance to win a pair of Ahnu shoes here on Eighty MPH Mom!

  1. loving the Sugarpine Boot Waterproof in the grey and blu, but their winter wool lined lace up boots are great too

  2. It’s ironic that I found this giveaway as I was just admiring Ahnu shoes for Fall/Winter and deciding which to choose! I love the styles for year-round, but I think my top choice for this time of year would be the Himaylaya boots. You said it best, what’s not to love?! They are so versatile and would go with everything. Perfect for wintertime! I also love the look of the Hannah style. So hard to choose with so many great options! 🙂

  3. I love the Sugarpine Waterproof tennis shoes in Black. They look comfortable and perfect for exercise or just running errands.

  4. Himalaya boots in Cocoa are the most comfortable looking boots I have ever seen. They would be prefect for my lifestyle. I would love to have this boot!!

  5. I like the Women’s Lagunitas — it’s a mix between a tennis shoe and sandal, I’ve never seen shoes like these before.

  6. Actually I really like the Himalayan in that color too and it would be my first choice, but my second choice would be the Twain Harte in the rosin color.

  7. You got me when you said comfortable even after working in them. I have an impossibly hard time finding true comfort boots and shoes. I like the Montara II.

  8. I like their Benicia Mary janes, not sure if they make them anymore. I like their Montara, sort of. WHY oh WHY does most every single shoe maker make so many shoes with such toe spring? It’s not good for us. Toe Spring can cause “hammertoes”. I wish more makers would pay attention to science. no toe spring, W I D E toe boxes so we stop ruining our feet so badly

  9. I like the Men’s Coburn — I’d love to give my husband these for Christmas.
Can we change our minds if we win? I’m pretty sure he’d like these, but who knows?

  10. I LOVE the purple Northridge boots. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find cute, stylish boots in size 11? This fits the bill!

  11. I think the Himalaya boots that you reviewed would be great for walking to the bus stop on those cold winter mornings.

  12. I really like the Ahnu Women’s Northridge WP boot. It would be great for the area I live in and I love the nightshade color.

  13. My favorite are the Himalaya but since I don’t want you to think I put that to be lazy my second fav are the Northridge WP

  14. I absolutely love the Montara Boot! If i had it in my budget to buy them right now, i most definitely would!
