Fun Lights and Sounds with Hornit Bicycle Horns

My husband and I are huge bike riders, we got our oldest daughter a bike for her last birthday, and my youngest daughter will be getting a hand-me-down tricycle from her sister that she will probably be ready to ride in the spring.  I cannot wait until we can take our first bike trip together as a family!

Now our bike rides will be even more fun with cycle horns from Hornit.  Hornit makes cycle horns for both adults (Hornit dB140) and children (Mini Hornit).  We received two Mini Hornits for my daughters to try, and they are great!

The Mini Hornit comes with twenty-five different and fun sounds, including a bell, trumpet, different horns, cars and traffic, helicopter, laser, UFO, sirens, and animal sounds.  There are three different volumes that you can set for the sounds.  It also comes with two lights (white and green) that you can set as either steady or flashing.  Finally, it comes in four different color combinations (we got purple/pink and red/blue).

The Mini Hornits were really easy to install on my daughters’ bicycle and tricycle.  There are two little “wings” that wrap around the handlebar and hook onto the Mini Hornit body.  The Mini Hornits are also really easy to use.  There are different buttons on top to set the sound and type of light you want to use.  There is also a remote that hooks into the bottom of the Mini Hornit that kids can press to easily make their sound while riding, so they do not have to look down at the Mini Hornit and find the sound button.

We actually had a decent day weather-wise, so we were able to get out and enjoy using the Mini-Hornits.  My girls had a lot of fun riding around and making lots of noise.  My oldest daughter’s favorite sound was the rooster!  I will like having the Mini Hornits when we go on our bike rides, so we can be sure that vehicles and pedestrians see or hear us coming.  It certainly makes me feel like our bike rides will be safer!

  1. Honestly, my kids like the Burp and Fart ones, of course. Oh, “and the UFO”–they are yelling in my ear.

  2. Hi,
As one embarks on a cycling journey, the initial push of the pedal propels the bicycle forward, setting the wheels into a fluid motion. The wind becomes a constant companion, whispering secrets and stories of distant lands. With each rotation, the landscape transforms, revealing hidden treasures along the way. Vibrant meadows adorned with wildflowers, towering forests that echo with the calls of creatures, and tranquil lakes that mirror the sky all become part of the cyclist’s personal canvas. To view more visit it.
