Welcome to my new home! Can I just say how very happy I am to have my blog back? It may sound silly, but I was completely at a loss without it. It was in limbo for a bit, kind of floating around somewhere in cyberspace, but it is back now!
I think I am going to enjoy WordPress, but I do ask that you bear with me while I put the finishing touches on it. There is a lot to learn – this is quite a bit different than blogger. If you notice something weird, by all means please let me know. I don’t mean my normal weird self (LOL), but if you notice something askew, then please shoot me an email.
My aim is to make Eighty MPH Mom super easy to navigate. It will take a couple of days for me to get it just the way I want it, but I am learning as I go.

WooHoo, good for you! I’m impressed. I am so familiar with blogger that I am way too afraid to change to WP. I don’t know enough about working with HTML to play around with my own blog to change. I think yours looks great and you will do fabulous!!
There is one thing I did notice, your Twitter links don’t seem to be working, but it could be my computer because you know how much trouble I have with my laptop! 🙂

Why did you make the change? I’m a blogger girl and have heard great things about WP.
I decided to switch after the scares of last week with blogger! I loved my design on Blogger, and everything else about blogger, but I was scared to lose my blog 🙁 So I took the plunge LOL.

Today it was a little slow going, but better then the past few days so I think it’s getting better!
I think I may be switching to WordPress in the very near future-This whole Blogger mess is really freaking me out >.<
I agree! Blogger is becoming quite scary. WordPress is really different – it takes some getting used to. I am really liking several features, and really disliking others. At least on Blogger, I pretty much knew how to do everything. I wish you the best of luck!
