All Over Comfort Pack – relief for those achy muscles!

Now that I am middle-aged, I am feeling the aches and pains much more than I used to. When I get out of bed each morning, I usually hear snap, crackle and pop, followed by my own voice saying, “Owww, ouch, oh boy”. It’s not pretty.

Slowly but surely, the aches and pains subside with each hour that goes by, but by late in the afternoon, they return. I notice the pain mostly in my neck at the end of the day, as I am on the computer so much and straining my neck (and I forget to check my posture).
