Yummy Healthy Snacks From Green Plate Foods

Whenever we go for a play date with friends, I feel like the oddball who’s got full-sized fruit or crackers for my kids. We’re usually in such a rush that I don’t have time to cut up a bunch of fruit and there really aren’t any other healthy, easy options…or so I thought until I got some goodies from Green Plate Foods!

We received Green Plate Foods Zucchini Chocolate Chip cookies, Almond Butter cookies, and various flavors of Nubblers, which are an all-natural fruit snack! The Nubblers came in Cherry Chocolate, Apricot Cranberry, and Blueberry Pistachio. To settle a craving I’d been having, I immediately started gobbling down the Green Plate Foods Zucchini Chocolate Chip cookies. I love that they’re a healthier option and tasty!

For snack, I let the children choose which flavor Nubbler they wanted to snack on. I stored them in the fridge because the package says that they’ll keep longer. Then several days later. I brought all of the leftovers to a play date to share with health-minded mamas! The little ones were easily able to eat the Green Plate Foods Nubblers and they’re great for them! The children all loved their snacks and I really didn’t mind sharing, I was so glad to bring something more interesting than a cracker! For the rest of the day, my kids begged for the Almond Butter cookies and ended up completely loving them. Oh yeah, Green Plate Foods didn’t last long in this house! Devoured!
