During the summer months, I want to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. There are so many things I would rather be doing than cooking. Of course we can order out, but that gets expensive. Lucky me – Red Baron Pizza recently introduced their pan pastas! I have always loved Red Baron Pizza {especially the French Bread single pizzas}, and now I have reason to love them a little more.

Red Baron has just introduced Red Baron® Pan Pizza and Pan Pasta – new mealtime solutions to feed the whole family that are packaged in their own specially seasoned baking pans, which mean less time preparing and cleaning and more time with the family.

The Red Baron® Pan Pastas deliver delicious pizzeria-style taste in three popular pasta varieties, including Rotini with Meat Sauce, Chicken Alfredo and Bacon Mac & Cheese, all covered with 100 percent real cheese. New Red Baron® Pan Pizza has a thick crust that is golden crisp on the outside, light and airy on the inside and is offered in favorite varieties including 4-Cheese, Pepperoni, Supreme and Meat-Trio® pizza. Red Baron® Pan Pizza and Pan Pasta can be found in the frozen pizza section of your grocers’ freezers for a suggested retail price of $6.49. Both dishes are prepared in less than thirty minutes.

I recently tried a couple of the pan pastas, and I was pleasantly surprised! They are super easy to make – just pop them in the oven. Not only do these save me time in the kitchen, but they make for simple and yummy dinners, with easy clean-up. We tried the Rotini with Meat Sauce and the Chicken Alfredo. How do they taste? Pretty darned yummy. My whole family enjoyed both of the varieties that we tried. I thought they might be bland {as some frozen meals tend to be}, but they were full of flavor. I will definitely be buying these again – year round. These will be perfect for cold winter nights as well, with some garlic bread and salad.
