Did you know that in order to maintain a healthy and comfortable sleep environment you should wash your sheets very week, keep a controlled temperature in the bedroom and unplug from electronics such as cell phones, laptops at least 30 minutes prior to bedtime?
All true! To be honest, I’m hitting two of the three out of the ball park. I just have a hard time letting my electronics go. That said, I’m going to make a conscious effort to really work on it.
