SunRidge Farms’ Trail Mixes Review

It is like clock work. 2:30pm and my stomach starts to grumble at me and I need a snack to make it to supper. Sometimes I don’t want to eat carrots or celery sometimes I want chocolate or something salty. The variety I crave is possible for me to have with SunRidge Farms snacks and trail mixes.

I tore open the Organic Cranberry Harvest Mix when I saw the chocolate chips through the pouch. The mix is a hearty blend of sweet and tangy organic dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, sweet organic apples, organic almonds, crunchy organic peanuts, and pumpkin seeds. The Cranberry Harvest Mix was such a hit that my 3 year old pointed to the open package and said “When we get done eating this we eat this” as she pointed to the Women’s Vitality Mix. The cranberries are so sweet I could eat them all day long but mixed in with the chocolate and salty seeds made this a hit. I can see buying a pack to bring to the zoo or park as a quick and nutritious snack for my family.

The All Natural Antioxidant Mix is loaded with protein, fiber, and a hearty helping of the antioxidants that our bodies need to stay healthy. I never thought of myself as a dark chocolate lover but with snacks like the Antioxidant Mix my mind could easily be changed. SunRidge Farms creates products that do not contain preservatives, artificial colors or flavors and 0g Trans Fats.  If the samples were an indication of how good (and good for you) SunRidge Farms products are I am more than happy to offer the whole line of snacks to my family.

Dates, apricots, walnuts, and sunflower seeds are just the beginning of the list of yumminess inside of the Deluxe Trail Mix. Such a mix of flavors in each bite! My daughter loved the apricots and picked them out to keep for herself. See that is the problem of sharing with littles, they eat all the good stuff.  Not that there wasn’t plenty left to satisfy my mid-afternoon hunger pains. I have hidden the Women’s Vitality Mix for myself to enjoy. That’s ok right?
