Burger King new Chicken Tenders

We are big Burger King fans here in our household, and when I was approached to share some exciting Burger King news, I jumped on the chance!

Since my husband is such a nice guy, he offers to pick up Burger King on his way home from work, at least once a week.  Sure, there is something in it for him too, he loves their burgers.  I usually get the TenderGrill Chicken Sandwich, and my daughter gets the Kids Meal Chicken Tenders.  My husband just picked up Burger King last night, so this time I asked him to get me Chicken Tenders instead.

The new tenders are the perfect meal option for adults and kids alike with a crispy and flavorful outside, tender and juicy inside, and an all new seasoning and shape.

We actually got two orders of the Chicken Tenders so we could all sample them. Our thoughts? We loved them! The chicken was “real” chicken…not weird parts and pieces that some restaurants serve {and actually call chicken. Puh-lease!}. They were tender and had just the right amount of crispiness. For our sauces we tried the honey mustard and ranch. My daughter eats everything with ranch dressing, so this was a no-brainer for her. I have had the yummy Zesty sauce before, with onion rings, so we wanted to try something different. Honey mustard and chicken tenders go together so well, and the taste is…incredible.

  9. well you changed your blog picture! nice! but i think ilike the old one a little bit better, although i love the car you chose! i liked the background of the old picture better!
    anyways, i have never tried their chicken tenders, you hear horror stories about nuggets, but if i did win of course i will give them a try, if you say they are great, then im sure they are! ive always like the honey mustard type sauce, thats my favorite!

  354. They just remodeled the Burger King in my neighborhood, so I stopped in last week. What a pleasant surprise! It has the ambience of a comfortable internet cafe (complete with PC stations in the front). Best thing for moms is a BK greeter who takes orders for families with strollers and then returns with the food (and the bill) while everyone gets settled in a booth. Very, very thoughtful!! Anyway, yes, I did try the BK Chicken Tenders and agree with your assessment. I like them the way your daughter does — with ranch dressing. I think I’m hooked… 🙂

  568. Okay so here’s the deal. I don’t eat chicken anymore. Lol. I have a pit bull that my little sis rescued when she was in Naval school in FL 2 years ago. Well somehow someone’s chicken wandered into our yard. We tried for days to make that chicken go away and finally my pit, Max, played with it to death. He really didn’t mean to. He’s the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He brought it to me while I was in the kitchen and he was outside. He jumped up on the window with it in his mouth and FREAKED ME OUT!!! Lol. Soooo…. I don’t eat chicken anymore. My daughter loves it though. I’m pretty sure she’s had these. Maybe, maybe not. If not, it’s just a matter of time. And all she eats on hers is ketchup. You ought to see her freak out if places forget her ketchup. lOl. It’s really funny. She keeps some in my glove box now just for those times. Hehe!
