There are some days I don’t feel like going anywhere, not even to go get a movie to watch even though I’d like nothing better than to curl up and watch a good one. When I had cable I made use of the OnDemand function quite a few times. Just using the remote to order a movie without leaving the comfort of your home…heck, I don’t even have to leave the couch.
A lot of times OnDemand has movies before they are even available to rent or buy in stores, and years before they can be streamed online. Now that the awards season is upon us and OnDemand is a great place to watch some of the great movies that are nominated.
In the next few weeks iN Demand will be featuring pieces about awards season with Camille Ford. Some of the pieces will be about Award-Winning Actors, Award-Winning Actresses, Award-Winning Directors, Meet the Contenders and The Contender Countdown.
Some of the great Golden Globe nominees are: Brave, Lincoln, Zero Dark Thirty, Les Miserables, Frankenweenie and Rise of the Guardians just to name a few.
