3M Natural View iPhone Screen Protector
I am a proud owner of an iPhone 3GS. I have had this phone for close to two years now, and somehow I have managed to keep it working, and it’s in really good shape. I imagine part of that is due to the fact that I am try to be very careful with it, and have purchased a cover for it in case I drop it {and oh how I’ve dropped it!}. In addition to the cover, I have used plastic screen protectors for my iPhone from the very first day.
I have tried several brands – some better than others. I remember one package I bought, I went through the 3 protectors in the pack in no time, as they kept scratching, or just would not go on the right way and always seemed “lopsided”. Needless to say, this frustrated me to no end. The last screen protector I had wasn’t too bad, but it was matte, and I prefer a glossy protector. What’s funny is that no matter what type of screen protector I’ve ever had, the fingerprints and smudges always appear.
I was recently sent to review the new 3M Natural View Screen Protector for my iPhone 3GS. Knowing it was made by 3M intrigued me, as I tend to love all of their innovative products. But what is so different about this protector from others? Lots of things! For one, there are barely any fingerprints or smudges on my screen…seriously. I also don’t have all of the “gunk” that accumulates in the corners and on the edges of the phone {as with other protectors}. As a matter-of-fact, when I took my old screen protector off to replace it with the 3M Natural View screen protectors for iphones, I was a little bit disgusted to see crumbs, dust and other “who knows what” that was attached to it. Blech!
You can learn more about the 3M Natural View Screen Protector in this video. Trust me, you want to watch it – it explains it all. And there is an added bonus – a super cute kitten at the end 🙂
Application was really easy. Included with the screen protectors is a little board for removing bubbles. I’m sure you know how frustrating it can be trying to put on a new iPhone screen protector. Either it’s uneven, or there are a bunch of bubbles. I did have some bubbles when applying it, but I watched the application video and they had a really helpful suggestion for getting rid of them. Not all bubbles are “just” bubbles – sometimes there is dust or a speck of something underneath the screen that will prevent it from going on smoothly. If you want to know the trick, watch the short video below!
I am in love with this protector. I just discovered that they are also available for iPads! I am going to order one right now, as I am constantly cleaning my iPad. You know how frustrating the smudges are on a little phone, well it is so much worse on a big screen. UPDATE: I did order a 3M Natural View Screen Protector for the iPad and I love it!
It is nice to know that my screen is protected from the accidents that happen or just every day dings. The 3M Natural View Screen Protector is also available for other types of Smartphones, including Android & Blackberry! There are two in a pack, so I might even share my other one with my husband. Maybe. I hope you will give these a try – I am extremely happy to have discovered these, and I think they will make me a much happier person!

I would’ve loved to have had a screen protector on most of my cell phones back in the day! I wish they had made them back a couple of years ago. (or maybe I just didn’t know they did!) I thank you for the review because I will now be ordering some because of this! Having a protector is especially great because you won’t have to clean the screen all the time!
