Dieting is soooo hard! It’s a new way of life. In fact, I liken it to teaching an old dog new tricks. Trust me, it can be done! 80Bites is an app and program used to retrain your brain and get on track.

80Bites is a diet plan that focuses on quantity (bites) and that limiting bites to 80 per day stops stomach stretching and weight gain. It has been featured on the Today Show and even America’s Next Top Model’s Jay Alexander was one of the first celebrities to try to the 80Bites App.
The 80Bites App is fun and you tap every time you take a bite to the sound of an apple crunch. The app can be used on its own or as part of the 12 week plan.

I’m thankful for the technology tools offered – it makes it much, much easier! It’s all about accountability – with 80Bites, you will practice specific tasks each week. Now, this is where it’s up to you do do the work. After a while, it will just become habit!
I like 80Bites because they are upfront and not pushy. If your not convinced, simply email them. Tell them how much you want to lose, what diets you’ve tried and how many bites you eat daily. They will respond back with what you can expect and then leave the ball in your court.

To compliment the 80Bites app and program, let me introduce you to the HeadFloater.
About HeadFloater:
HeadFloater is another innovative product from the same body solutions company PhysicalMind Institute. It weigh only two ounces and relieves stress and tension in the upper back, shoulders and neck in only 5 minutes a day. It is great for all of us who spend time hunched over our smartphones and lap tops.

So, what does it do?
The HeadFloater works harmoniously with the anatomy interacting with the neuro-musculoskeletal and respiratory systems. These easy, gentle moves set in motion a series of actions that positively impact length, strength, balance and respiration.

I have neck pain and feel it would help a lot to relieve it, would love to try it.
I want to try both! I want to try 80Bites because I am having trouble losing stubborn belly fat. But I also want to try HeadFloater because I have improper posture AND I tend to wake up with neck and shoulder pain.
I would love to try both, but the 80 bites would be my first thing to try.

I think the 80 bites program would be something good for me to try. Eating healthy and exercise are the best ways to lose weight, but sometimes I need to switch things up a bit and try something new 🙂
