Domeo Tri-Lounge iPad Lap Desk Review

After my recent neck surgery, I had a bit of trouble getting comfortable with any of my electronics. Since I am a tech/electronics fiend, I had to find a way to be able to use at least one of my devices comfortably. When I saw the Domeo Tri-Lounge lap desk ($49.99 ARV) for my iPad, I knew this would do the trick. Luckily the nice folks at Domeo sent me a Tri-Lounge for review!

This is one of the neatest things I have seen in a long time. I have tried several iPad stands and covers over the years, but there is nothing quite like the Tri-Lounge. It is basically a 3-sided pillow that securely holds your iPad. Depending on what you are doing on your iPad, or how you like to view it, you can choose to use it horizontally or vertically. I have mostly been using my Domeo Tri-Lounge on the horizontal side. Since it is hard to look down due to my neck brace, I prop the Domeo on a couple of pillows to bring it to just the right height so that it is comfortable for my neck.

There is more to love with the Tri-Lounge though – including a little zippered storage pouch where you can keep cords, earbuds, etc. There is a bigger pouch for storing your iPad too! It just slides right into the Tri-Lounge. They really have thought of everything.

In addition to the Tri-Lounge, Domeo has some other pretty neat items for iPads too, including the Loft Folio which is a multi-stand case, which adjusts to different heights, the Recliner Folio which allows you to view your iPad at different angles, and finally the Recliner Mini which works with the iPad Mini.
