I have mentioned, time and time again, how much I love to color. Not only do I enjoy coloring, but my daughter and some of my friends also have begun to color in adult coloring books. Maybe it brings back childhood memories – I don’t know, but there is something mesmerizing about it.

 

When I heard about CHRISTMAS coloring books, I knew I just had to have them. The nice folks at Staples sent me three fun holiday themed coloring books. SWOON. I received Christmas to Color, which is a pretty book with nice thick pages (if you are coloring with ink pens, you will appreciate this), and Christmas Trees coloring book. This one is fun as I can decorate my trees anyway I want and in any theme.  Snowflake Mandalas is another fun coloring book with lots of beautiful snowflakes to choose from.

Just curious – how often do you change the way you color (colored pencils, gel pens, ink pens, etc.)?  Lately I have been enjoying gel pens. I love the different dimensions I get when I use a different “finish” (metallic, glitter, neon). Everything just looks so vivid, especially with bright Christmas colors.
