Animal Pants Educational App Review

Paige is always excited to try out new apps.  From books to games – whatever it may be.  I try to look for the fun apps with an educational aspect. The newest app we’ve had the opportunity to try is Animal Pants.

Animal Pants

Animal Pants is a fun, educational game that entertains all while helping children learn more about animals from all around the world.  It has really beautiful graphics created by parents, professional children’s illustrators and musicians.

Animal Pants

It starts out with a story about twin sisters, Emma and Avery, who are on a safari adventure.  The premise of the game is to match animals to their missing pants while discovering hidden feature and learning about wildlife.  Children can learn fun facts about the animals and where they live.  That is Paige’s favorite part.  She’s my 5 W’s child.  If it’s not, “Why?”, then it’s “What’s that?”

Animal Pants

We purchased the extra set of animals for $2.99, although there is the option to play for free.  With this purchase, the game has the option to be played in 3 other languages (French, Spanish and German).  There are 12 animals and plenty of different scenes to enjoy.  Geared for children 3 and up, it’s a little easy for Paige at 6.  However, I think Animal Pants is something my little niece would really enjoy.

Your child will enjoy matching animals to their missing pants while discovering hidden features and learning about wildlife.

If there were one improvement I’d like to see in a future update is to switch the pants around.  Currently they are always in the same spot, so if you play the game enough it’s easy to remember.

In addition, the team at Alchemist Kids has committed to donating a portion of the proceeds from the app to help support wildlife conservation and endangered species through the World Wildlife Fund.

  1. My 3 year old nephew would really like this app because he loves animals. Thanks for recommending.

  2. My niece (4) and nephew (5), they are home schooled and this would be another tool that they can use.

  3. Who would play this? Well, I have four grandchildren who are at the right age to play it. so,if they were all here at the same time, they would fight over it. LOL They have done so, fighting over the tablet so I was happy when moms and dads bought each one their own tablet. It’s rather nice, sometimes, to let them spend an hour or so on them.

  4. My son and his friends would enjoy this game a lot, since they all love to learn about animals at their age.

  5. My youngest daughter may be a little old for this, but our little cousin would love it. Thanks for the chance to win!
