One of my favorite movies is Gone Girl, so naturally I was excited to learn about a new book that sounds riveting – Baby Doll. Just look for yourself – intriguing right? I’m already dying to know what happened when the deadbolt was unlocked!

About Hollie Overton:
Debut author Hollie Overton was raised by her single mother, an Hollie (an identical twin herself), uses her unique childhood experiences for inspiration for her first novel, Baby Doll. Her father was a member of the notorious Overton gang in Austin, Texas, and spent several years in prison for manslaughter. Hollie is a television writer and resides in Los Angeles.

I’m a HUGE reader, and “Gone Girl” was one of my favorite books. I also live in Cleveland, Ohio, where we saw three young women who were all teenagers when kidnapped, freed from a house where they’d been held captive for 10 years, so the story really appeals to me. Even if I don’t win, I’ve placed this book in my Amazon cart for my next buy!
