Back-to-School Shopping at Kohl’s

Kohl's Back-to-School Giveaway

How many of you have recently gone or still need to go back-to-school shopping? Depending on where you’re located across the country, you may have already scoured the stores for all of the necessities while, for others, you may still be procrastinating. Right now, I’m somewhere in that mix. We did get the basic overall shopping list for one of my children through we’ve still yet to receive an exact, detailed list from his assigned teacher. For our other little one, we’re still waiting to hear back from the school to see what it is that he’ll be needing this year.

In previous years, for the kids as well as myself, I have always been all over the place; you need this item from that store, and that item from this store. It always seemed to be a never-ending cycle and, despite how hard you may have tried, there was always another something that you needed from somewhere else. You’d think that after all these years, decades upon decades of back-to-school shopping, someone would finally come up with the idea to have everything all in one place. Thankfully, that day has finally come! And it did so by way of Kohl’s.

To say it for what seems like the millionth time, it is no secret that I love Kohl’s, and rightfully so. My family and I shop there for just about everything whether it’s clothing for ourselves or for the kids, home goods, decorative items, gifts, vacation necessities, and, yes, even back-to-school supplies. You see, this year, in addition to the massive product selection that Kohl’s has available to its customers, they have partnered with OfficeMax.

After having already planned to visit Kohl’s for the kids’ back-to-school clothes shopping needs, I was surprised to have found a large selection of classroom supplies during one of our recent visits. Scattered throughout the store along many of the isles were OfficeMax kiosks so to speak. Each of these housed a number of different classroom essentials such as notebooks, crayons, glue, composition books, markers, pencil cases, and then some.

Previously, it was these items that had me driving from store to store and back again to find everything needed and at the best prices. Thankfully, with Kohl’s, I no longer have to bounce between multiple stores. Their partnership with the OfficeMax brand is sheer genius and it finally allows me to get everything that I need for back-to-school shopping in one convenient location.

For the first time in what feels like ages, back-to-school shopping was fun. We were able to roam the store picking out clothes for each child in various locations and, on our way from one section to another, we stocked up on some supplies. This year, as opposed to bouncing between stores we joyfully bounced between clothing racks and supply stands getting everything that we needed. Just take a look at our little haul from our first visit!

While we’ll still need to finish up a bit more back-to-school shopping once the final supply lists come in, I know exactly where we’ll be headed for round two – Kohl’s!

And, yes, speaking of giveaways… I did promise you all a little something, did I not?

I, too, partnered with Kohl’s and OfficeMax to help make your own back-to-school shopping a little bit more enjoyable. And, with that being said, we’d like to offer one lucky winner an amazing little prize! Go on, take a gander…
