Beauty Junkees Makeup Review

I love, love, love makeup and I especially love trying new organic brands and products. I was happy to discover Beauty Junkees {I had never heard of this brand prior to receiving them}, and I am excited to share some really neat stuff with you.

Where do I begin? How about with the Magnetic Palette? This is absolutely genius. It’s a makeup palette that you fill up yourself, with all of your favorite things.

I received little magnet discs too, which allow you to move your makeup around on the palette, and keep them safely adhered without a bunch of messy stuff. The magnets work beautifully:

Contour and Highlighting Palette – I have wanted one of these for awhile now, so when I opened it, I was thrilled to see that the colors are exactly what I wanted. The palette is available in two shades – Light and Dark. I chose the light, since I am fairly light complected.  The photo below really doesn’t do the colors justice, really.

Now this is a testament to what a difference this set has made. The first day I used the contour kit, my friend and i went to a restaurant that we frequent. The waitress (that we see often) looked at me and goes, “You look SO beautiful today!”. Naturally that made me feel really good and now I use the kit every, single day. I think a lot of it is the highlighting color – it makes a huge difference in how my face looks at different angles. I dab a bit on my chin, a little on my forehead and also on the apples of my cheeks.

I am also madly in love with the Brow Concealer/Highlighter Duo Pencil Crayon. I use it right under my eyebrows and it really makes my eyes pop and my eyebrows look perfect. I chose the Cool Beige {it is also available in Warm Beige}.

Beauty Junkees has so many beautiful and well designed products to make your life just a bit easier (and for you to look even MORE beautiful!). With Mother’s Day coming up shortly, a variety of Beauty Junkees products would be a really fun gift for mom, or other special lady in your life. I am excited to fill up my palette with more of their beautiful eyeshadows!
