Bengay Pain Relief + Massage Product Review

I’ve been going to bootcamp regularly for the last six months.  You’d think my muscles would be used to it, right?  Wrong! Since bootcamp focuses on “confusing” your body by switching up exercises regularly, I often have very sore muscles.  Usually I try my best to ignore my aching muscles unless it got bad enough to take an Advil.

I’ve never really thought to try sports creams until I received a sample of Bengay Pain Relief + Massage to try.

The Bengay Pain Relief + Massage bottle is made with massage “bumps” right on the cap so that you can use it to apply the cream & get a bit of massaging action at the same time.  Since it is a menthol cream, there was a bit of a smell when I put it on.  It wasn’t overpowering, though, and it did seem to dissipate quickly.  My thighs were super sore from all the squats we did at bootcamp and the Bengay really helped.  The area had a cooling sensation that made my muscles stop bothering me.  I will definitely use it in the future because I like the idea of a topical pain relief solution for muscle aches instead of taking Advil or Tylenol.
