The Triple action cutting system uses 3 special cutting elements to shave long hair as easily as short hair. There are times that my husband grows his beard out a bit. Not a Duck Dynasty beard but occasionally he has some length. The Braun Series 5 Shaver worked great on his facial hair and gave him a clean and smooth shave.

What I really like about the Braun Series 5 is that it has 3 special cutting elements shave long hair as easily as short hair! This would be great for my Dad to own because he has problems with shaving his hair. Great product!

This is what I really like. Although, I wish it explained how ‘tough” it is. My husband hasn’t gotten these shavers b/c in the past (like 10 yrs ago) they weren’t ‘tough’ enough to shave him. They’d either dull out quick or the motor would. He has a thick beard, even when it’s just in the stubble stage.
