Cheryl’s Cookies Halloween Cut-out Cookie Decorating Kit

One of my daughter’s favorite activities is to decorate cookies, and I get it.  I hold fond memories of decorating cookies when I was a kid, I look back thinking of the time spent with my mom and dad.  It brings a smile to my face and I want my children to have those memories.  Let me remind you that I’m not only employed full-time but I’m a full-time student in grad school.  Mama doesn’t have time to bake cut-out sugar cookies.  I’m thanking my lucky stars for Cheryl’s Halloween Cut-out Cookie Decorating Kit from Cheryl’s Cookies.

The Halloween Cut-out Cookie Decorating Kit comes with 24 unfrosted, wrapped ghost and pumpkin cookies, 1 lb. tub of vanilla and orange buttercream icing and Halloween sprinkles.  It’s as easy as unboxing and unwrapping and getting to work! The cookies stay fresh because they are individually wrapped.

In addition to the amazing kit, we received an adult and child pumpkin apron and Halloween themed spatula!  Paige was so excited to have matching aprons and to be honest, so was I.  They are so cute!

Decorating cookies is so much fun, especially when all of the hard work is done by someone else.  We took a Sunday afternoon and made our masterpieces – you’d better believe that I got in on that decorating fun.  My 17-year old son would walk in and snag cookies before I could get photos of the plate completed.  He probably helped himself to 5 cookies!

The kit comes with plenty of frosting, there’s no need to watch how much each cookie receives.  Thinking about it, we could have easily taken a bit of the vanilla frosting and added green food coloring for the pumpkin stems.  Oh, well!

When were were finished, Paige was pretty proud of our cookies.  It was a fantastic afternoon with my girl and the only thing I had to worry about was the clean-up – I’ll take it!

The Cheryl’s Cookies Halloween Cut-out Cookie Decorating Kit is available at Cheryl’s Cookies and retails for $69.99.  If cookies aren’t your thing, check out the Halloween Popcorn Ball Decorating Kit from The Popcorn Factory.  The holiday season is right around the corner – with the fast shipping and quality offered, recipients will love the gift of cookies, popcorn or fruit!
