Del Monte Peaches with Cinnamon & Brown Sugar

Our family is definitely a family on the go.  It seems like someone is always dashing in or out the front door.  My son attends Junior College, but his classes are divided up hours apart on the same day.  My daughter is in high school and and I drive her to school and pick her up.  Of course, we can’t forget her outings with friends, Sea Scout meetings and other teenage activities.  Me? Well, I am a mom which means, I am either running errands, heading to appointments or doing other “motherly” stuff.  Yes, we are definitely a family on the go, which means that I look for snacks that are portable (and also tasty).

I recently shopped for Del Monte Diced Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown sugar at my local Walmart.  I would have brought my daughter with me, but she was in school 🙂  I gathered my list and headed out for a fun day of shopping.

I love any and everything peaches, but have only tasted them with cinnamon in baked goods.  I was so happy to discover that the handy peach cups that I love so much are now available in cinnamon and brown sugar…what a great idea!

I am in love with these peaches.  I feel good eating them, knowing they are a healthy snack (not to mention that they are portable and perfect for on-the-go, which I seem to be so often).  I love sending my daughter to school with these as well.
