Recently, I’ve become obsessed with wooden and natural toys. They’re better for the babies and the wooden ones last from child-to-child. I had the opportunity to receive some of their products to review and I was so impressed!
Finn + Emma sent me a long bodysuit and a teething ring. When I hear teething ring, I tend to think of the typical plastic ones filled with liquid that my kids never like. Our Finn + Emma teething ring was nothing like that! We received Theo who is an adorable little knitted monkey who rattles, and he’s made of organic cotton colored with non-toxic dyes and stuffed with sheep’s wool. Theo is attached to an uncoated hardwood teething ring finished with a bit of beeswax, also safe and natural!
My son just loved Theo! Car ride too long and the baby’s getting frustrated? Give him his Theo. Need to go make dinner and distract the baby? Toss him Theo and run! He’s trying to bite all of his toys or me? Get Theo! He’s just bored and needs a toy? Theo! Our Finn + Emma teething ring is getting plenty of use and I have to say that I think it is really charming! The wood looks so pretty, I kind of want to chew on it. I bet that would stop me from biting my nails…but I’ve digressed, ha!
Our Finn + Emma long bodysuit is the “word” design. I chose this because I found the appearance so elegant and the words so cute. The words written across the bodysuit are all of the best animals around, “giraffe”, “monkey”, “elephant”, etc. all in a pretty script! It’s 100% organic cotton and the snaps are lead and nickel-free. The material is soft and cozy, sustainable too! I couldn’t snap a picture of my guy in it because it’s long-sleeved and it’s been so warm here but it’s going to be awesome for those cool evenings or fall outfits!
