My girls can be picky eaters at times. Unfortunately, they take after their parents – both my husband and I are picky eaters as well. There are certain foods that I never want to see on my plate. However, as a mother, I want to make sure that my children are getting the nutrients they need from a variety of foods. I also want them to enjoy what they are eating. It is easy to find a meat, dairy product, grain, and fruit that we all like. The big problem is vegetables.
