There’s literally no end to the things I need and want as a woman and because of that, my husband has no shortage of gift ideas when it comes to me, but getting the perfect gift for a man is not so easy, but we have some great tips!

Don’t Spend Too Much On A Gift For A Man!
I like to keep my gifts well under $100 for my husband because I KNOW he’s a lot more frugal than me and things would get very awkward if I break the bank on him. Expensive gifts can sometimes make men feel like you’re competing for the ‘most expensive gift prize’ or worse. They may think you’re trying to buy their love.
The last thing you need is for your guy to say something like, “I can’t accept this.” Ouch!
Think About His Hobbies
C’mon, think! Surely your guy must have some hobbies and interests, even if you don’t approve of them. Does he like comics, is he obsessed with a character from a movie, does he collect things that seem strange to you, or maybe he’s a gamer? You may need to lift your veil of judgment in order to spot the opportunity for an amazing gift that he’ll cherish.
If your husband is really into fitness there is no end to the affordable gadgets to try out. Indulge his interests regardless of how you feel about them and you may be able to come up with a great gift for a man.
Pay Attention
Have you ever been out and about with your guy and all of a sudden he spots something he thinks is cool? Take mental note because that’s a gift opportunity just waiting to happen.
Maybe there’s a place that he’s been to before that he always talks about. Find some sort of memorabilia to remind him of that place or time. Sometimes a simple T-Shirt or mug reminding him of a great time is the perfect gift for him.
Try not to present him with a gift that reflects who you want him to be, rather it should reflect who he is.
What Does He Eat?
You can find a subscription box or a gift basket filled with almost anything these days. You can get him a box or basket of his favorite snacks or make one! Just keep his health in mind and don’t go overboard.

Many fathers are being outspoken about feeling under appreciated these days so taking the lead on a romanic evening with your guy could be a welcoming change. Think about what your guy would enjoy and plan everything out so that he doesn’t have to think. A romantic evening alone may not be something you should surprise a hardworking man with, so be sure he’s aware of the time and date of your rendezvous.
Go Full On Gag Gift
My father is a man that has everything he needs or he can buy it for himself, so he really can be difficult to wow.
I know that he loves James Brown, so one year I came across the silliest dancing and singing James Brown doll. It cost me $25 and I got the funny idea to give it to my dad as a gift.
The head on this doll was huge and the body small. The facial expressions and wrinkles emulating James’ face were exaggerated. It was hilarious!
One press of a button and “James Brown” began to Get On Up! My father laughed so hard and was overcome with joy. He loved it! To date, that is one of my most epic gifts for him ever!
