Corelle is a name that has been around for years. While I was growing up, we always had Corelle dishes {I even remember the patterns of some of our sets!}. Part of the reason my mom loved them so much was that they were incredibly durable. If someone dropped a plate, bowl, etc., odds are that it was not going to break. I had a blast pulling each piece out of the box – and there was quite a bit of “oohing” and “ahhing”.   The plates are square shaped {this is the first set of square dishes I have ever owned!}, and they are just spectacular. It is so fun to serve dinners using these gorgeous pieces.
