Today’s Featured Company:
I have previously done Crocs shoe reviews, so naturally I was delighted when I was offered to review a pair of the new Crocs Tone shoes during the holiday gift guide. I have been admiring the competitors toning shoes, and was excited to learn that Crocs has their own version now!
crocs tone™ delivers the benefits of toning with the comfort of crocs. The innovation lies in the three-part patent-pending crocs tone™ sole:
- Sculpted outsole creates a rocker-effect while you walk that initiates key muscle activity to provide toning benefits.
- Toning ring provides stability and support.
- Comfortable, lightweight croslite™ footbed provides all-day comfort.
I received the CrocsTone Skylar Flat in Black/Neon Pink {$49.99}. They are available in several other color combinations as well. They fit me true to size, and are actually very comfortable. It did take a little getting used to, as they feel slightly different than normal shoes, but not much. I had to “balance” a bit, which I guess is the idea behind the shoe that will help tone the legs!
The Crocs Tone™ Skylar Slingback combines the comfort of Crocs and the benefits of toning in a stylish silhouette. The innovation lies in the three-part patent-pending Crocs Tone™ sole.
The Crocs™ Crocs Tone™ Skylar Slingback shoe features:
Sculpted outsole creates a rocker-effect while you walk that initiates key muscle activity to provide toning benefits.
Toning ring provides stability and support.
Comfortable, lightweight Croslite™ material footbed provides all-day comfort.
Signature Crocs’ holes on vamp allow for breathability and Jibbitz™ charms personalization.
Circulation nubs in the footbed deliver a massage-like feel.
Super lightweight Croslite™ material provides all day comfort from heel to toe.
Crocs Tone shoes are also available in the Skylar Clog. I think I would prefer these, especially for winter weather, but I was just so happy to review either one. I figure that since I am walking all day anyway, why not wear a shoe that will help tone at the same time? Even while doing mundane chores, I can put these shoes on and go about my daily business, without even knowing I’m “working out”. I like that!

Overall, I like these shoes quite a bit. Though the color combination I received wouldn’t be my first choice, there are plenty of other colors to choose from. I love Crocs, and Crocs are definitely a great idea for a holiday gift!
