Welcome to the 2010 Holiday Gift Guide event with Eighty MPH Mom and Slice o’ Heaven! I have always loved Kiss My Face products, and have even done a Kiss My Face review before, but they have some new products {and a pretty neat program} that I am excited to tell you about.  Actually they have several programs that help many causes, as a portion of their sales go to these.  Here is a little info on their ‘Seeds of Peace’ program:

Free from the pressures and prejudices of their home communities, hundreds of Middle Eastern and South Asian teenagers meet their historic enemies face-to-face at the Seeds of Peace International Camp in Maine. In this neutral setting, participants learn more than just leadership and coexistence skills – they develop the friendships and trust necessary to build lasting peace.

10% of the profits will support Seeds of Peace, an organization that brings together teens from countries of conflict, like Palestine and Israel, to a camp in Maine where they learn about “the enemy” and leave more educated and compassionate about their neighbors.

I love a company that gives back, and the Seeds of Peace sounds like an amazing organization to help.

The Holiday Collection features our new 100% natural all-purpose castile soap in a liquid form and also a foaming hand soap. As consumers are searching for ways to remove toxins from their lives, this versatile soap is the perfect solution. The liquid soap has over 101 uses from the shower to the kitchen to the lake and even washing man’s best friend. All bottles come with a to/from holiday card for easy gift giving.

I was sent a few items for review, from the Kiss My Face Holiday Peace Collection for the gift guide. First up, the Peace Foaming Soap in Pomegranate Acai. I really, really love this! Not only does it have a very relaxing scent, it works really well, and lathers up nicely. It is biodegradable, environmentally safe, is a vegetable based, vegan formula, and contains no SLS, parabens, phthalates. This is also available in Grassy Mint, Lavender Mandarin and Lemongrass Clary Sage.

Next up I received the Peace Soap in Grassy Mint. This is really neat stuff! It is a Castille soap which combines organic olive oil with coconut, hemp and jojoba oils for luxurious lather and mildness. The scent I received is Grassy Mint. This is not a scent I have seen or smelled before, but I absolutely love it. It is really fresh and not heavy. The neat thing about this Castille soap is that it can be used for so many things – it is truly a multi-purpose soap, and it does clean very well!

We have created a totally pleasurable cleaning experience- from head to toe, ceiling to floor, our castile soap cleans skin and much more. Veggie, countertop, dishes or sweater, it does it all and it does it better.

I also received a Lavender Mandarin Peace Soy Candle, and it smells SO good. I am a sucker for anything Lavender, so this is definitely something I would buy again for myself, or as a gift. I would really love to try this in the other scents too!

I love the labels and packaging of the Kiss My Face Holiday Peace Collection, and they will make excellent gifts! The prices are very reasonable as well. Plus when you purchase the Holiday Peace products, you will not only be making the recipient happy, you will be helping Seeds of Peace. It’s a win-win situation!

I’d like to try the Olive/Aloe Natural Moisturizer, this is something I need to be using for my dry skin and Olive oil is a superb moisturizer for all skin types and Aloe is great for healing and soothing plus it also has Chamomile which is wonderful for your skin, I love all these ingredients and would love to try it
