My family loves to garden. Unfortunately, with me recently having a baby, we haven’t had much time to keep up with our plants lately. That’s why when my 7-year old saw the
Chuckle Farm Garden Kits, she was ready to plant! We tried out three of the
Chuckle Farm Kids Gardening Kits: the
Kids Garden Kit-Tomato, the
Growing Wishes Kit- Herbs, and the
Fairytale Garden Kit- Jack’s Magic Bean.

We started with the
Chuckle Farm Growing Wishes Kit, Herbs.

My little one loved looking at and comparing the seeds of all the different herbs. We also had the opportunity to discuss what each herb is used for. She was fascinated learning about all the different uses for herbs.

Next, we moved onto the
Chuckle Farm Fairytale Garden Kit, Jack’s Magic Bean.

This kit includes it all- the beans, a chart to help your little one keep track of how many beans the plant grows and how tall it gets, and a place for the kids to draw what their plant looks like. My kiddo was excited to plant her magic beans, and we had fun discussing how tall HER magic beans would grow. Finally, we got to work on the
Chuckle Farm Kids Garden Kit, Tomato.

This garden-in-a-bag comes with everything you need to grow your own tomatoes. It was also very convenient to assemble in the house with hardly any mess. She had fun personalizing her bag before planting the tomato seeds.

Overall, the
Chuckle Farm Kids Gardening Kits were a hit. The clear instructions, neat and colorful packaging, and wonderful interactive pieces in each kit helped keep my very distractible 7-year-old entertained and engaged. We’re looking forward to a nice harvest of herbs, tomatoes, and beans!

I don’t have any human kids, but I’d love this for myself!
I remember growing vegetables as a kid in my backyard. It was fun as I remember checking every day on the progress. This is great for everyone!

I wish this had been available when my son was little..I planted a bunch of perennials in my gardens while he watched. Later that day he went out and dug them all up and through them around the yard..I think I cried!..lol
My kids would have so much fun with this.
