I love, love, love massages. If I could, I would have one every week. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time or budget for such a luxury. But I really need something to help me relax and loosen my muscles after running around, chasing after my children, bending over to pick up stuff, and all those fun things that parents get to do.
I just had the opportunity to try the
Homedics 3D Shiatsu & Vibration Massage Pillow with Heat. This is a small pillow that you can use at home to relax and massage whatever parts of your body need it most. The massage pillow has three settings – shiatsu massage, vibration, and shiatsu massage with vibration (my favorite setting!). With the shiatsu massage, there are rollers in the pillow that move up and down, applying pressure to your body, just like a regular massage. There is also a button for turning on heat, which feels great with the massage and vibration.
I have had a bad lower back since high school, and my muscles down there tighten up when I do a lot of standing or walking (which is often). I also get a tightness in between my shoulder blades when I move around a lot. I like how the size of the massage pillow allows me to focus on just those areas where I need some massaging, instead of a bigger pillow that may massage areas that I really don’t need massaged. Plus the massage pillow can be moved around easily, so I can move from lower back to upper back to neck to wherever I need it. And since it is small, it can be easily stored when I am done.
I have gotten the massage pillow out every night since I received it, working mostly on my lower back but moving it to other areas as well. In fact, I have it behind my back right now as I write this. I can definitely see myself using the massage pillow as part of my regular nighttime routine to help me relax and unwind after a long day. It certainly has helped me feel better so far!

as I have gotten older I have more back issues,,this would be so nice to have on those days when my back hurts so badly
I have been seeing a chiropractor for a while now. Maybe this would help with some of my back problems.
I love how this has heat. Heat always feels so good on your aching body.
That looks wonderful! My Fiance would love to have something like this, his back hurts most days and after a long day at work he needs something to help it.
