Recently I tried the all new
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spread made with real, simple ingredients – plant-based oils, purified water and just a pinch of salt. There are NO artificial preservatives and perhaps the best of all, this new spread is the first Unilever to be made with non-GMO sourced ingredients.
That’s huge!
First things first – taste. It’s delicious! Light, buttery and adds such a wonderful taste to muffins, breads and rolls. It’s also very spreadable, which is sort of a big deal if you’ve ever messed with pats of butter.
The new I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spreads are available in original, light, and olive oil varieties. Did you know that these spreads can also be part of an overall healthy, balanced diet and provide a source of good fats – monounsaturated and poly unsaturated fats? Those are the fats you’d find in avocados, walnuts and almonds.
Plus, the Unilever folks recently renovated a facility in New Century, Kansas (that’s my neck of the woods!). This facility sends zero waste to landfill and has a commitment to be 100% renewable energy by 2020. That’s impressive! Not only that but the redesigned packaging is more space efficient in the refrigerator and the container is dishwasher safe (top rack only) so you can reuse it for other purposes. So smart for the environment!

I am so thrilled that I Can’t Believe its not Butter is making this spread without any GMO! I think this is great! I love this butter and the squirt spray! I use it all the time!

I have tried this over and over again. A great product, and you would not know the difference. I am intrigued by the olive oil flavor; WILL have to try that!
